@The main of machine tool is casting structure, whose base, workbench, crossbeam and RAM etc. Are the high tensile quality casting. So the complete machine have favorable rigidity, shock resistance and accuracy maintain;
@When grantry crossbeam slide on bed wih fixed workbench, it could still carry superheavy workpiece moving stably in high speed;
@Parts of RAM and milling head are nested within the crossbeam, which could hold the balance of center of gravity and achieve high speed stability feeding; Meanwhile ourstanding thermalstability could be realized by thermally symmetrical design;
@The RAM adopts the advanced pneumatic counterwight device ensureing the accuate of micro-feed and the processing precision of machine tool as well as fexible & stability when the spindle in high speed;
@X, Y, Z three NC axis adopt the ball screw driven by AC servo motor, one of X, Y axis sliding guides adopt high stiffness and high load linear rolling guide. Therefore, small vibration and high stability when it feeding in high speed, meanwhile no stick-slip when moving in low speed; All in all, the chracteristic of XK62 Series are high speed, stable, precise.
@Its electric spindle structure intengrated with spindle motor and spindle parts; The maximun speed is 4000r/min;
@The cooling unit of electric axis stater and high-speed precision bearings adopt the constant temperature water;
@After clamping the workpiece, it could do milling, drilling, bring, tapping and other machining processes once and for all;
